Plan Master Construction & Development Inc. was established in 1988 by Max LeMarchant with the specific focus of supplying reliable, efficient, client-oriented management services to the construction and development industries.

The emphasis at Plan Master is on professionalism and efficiency. This is achieved by experienced personnel applying state-of-the-art management techniques.

Mr. LeMarchant has comprehensive project management experience in both the construction and land development industries. He has managed commercial, industrial, and construction projects, as well as urban land development projects from conceptual planning and feasibility through to completion. Educated at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology as an Engineering Technologist, he has a strong formal background as well as a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the industries.

Mr. LeMarchant specialized in project structuring coordination and administration. His specific areas of expertise include project evaluation and programming, cost estimating, design and preparation of contract documents, requisitioning of governmental approvals (including successful appeals to the Ontario Municipal Board), conceptual planning, budgeting and cost control, scheduling and procurements, quality control and documentation.

Prior to establishing Plan Master Construction & Development Inc., Mr. LeMarchant gained experience working as Project Manager and Commercial Construction Estimator in the commercial construction and land development industries. This experience included the construction management of more than one million square feet of commercial, industrial, office, and retail lease space, and over one hundred and fifty leasehold developments for a wide range of businesses in Southern Ontario. In addition, Mr. LeMarchant managed many municipal, provincial and federal government projects, including schools, arenas, police stations recreation centers, hospital renovations, transportation depots and administration buildings in Western Canada.
